Pineapple with lime and molasses

Pineapple with lime and molasses

Ingredients:
1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into bite size pieces.
grated zest of one lime (I used a zest utensil, which gives very small strips, rather than a grater)
3 Tablespoons molasses


Sprinkle the pineapple pieces with the lime zest, and drizzle with the molasses.
